Bio

Born and raised in Miami, Jessalyn Santos has always taken delight in the learning process and all things creative. In 2008, she graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in Visual Communications and Art History. Jessalyn has been freelancing in the Miami Herald's Graphics Department since June 2007. In the future, she hopes to develop her reporting and production skills, pursue a career that allows her to take part in all aspects of design, and work on integrating newsrooms one relationship at a time.
